About Neteffects Technologies, Incorporated

Neteffects is a pure IT computer and network service business model incorporated as a Sub Chapter S Corporation in the State of Florida. Our articles of incorporation were filed with the Secretary of State in the summer of 2001. The two founders of the IT technical company had a long career prior to incorporating the business in the Information Technology business which encompassed hardware products sales and service, software products sales and service and years of IT consulting service experience.

The company operates from office facilities in the Maitland Center, just north of the City of Orlando.  Our IT engineers primarily work from home and spend most of their working hours in our Orlando customers’ offices across the (Mid) Florida.  In a networked world, they are able to support customers from wherever they have a connection to the Internet.  Because our IT engineers often work in the evening and into the night, the work-from-home model supports our approach to the IT services business and it also serves the families of our people.

Our methodology for providing highly personalized technical IT support to our clients is to assign a single primary System Engineer to each client.  In this way, our Engineer becomes very familiar with your personnel, systems, settings and system preferences.  Our customers don’t have to explain their system set up each time a tech comes to service the customers’ systems.  When there is conflict in demand on an Engineer’s time, they call each other in to assist as necessary. Customer systems are documented on our secure servers in our secure network allowing any substitution engineer to effectively support a customer in a time of high demand.

Neteffects Engineers are Microsoft Certified System Engineers and all possess additional certifications from a variety of (Microsoft, HP, Symantec and Cisco) and other IT product makers.  Our people have at least five years experience working to support systems similar to those of our customers.  Our success and longevity are the product of employing best practices on every product and system we support.
