Our exclusive Uptime Support service agreement provides every IT related service your business will need to keep your computers and networks up and running reliably.  The size of your business doesn’t matter and we can replace your internal IT support person or staff if that’s your goal.

Under our Uptime Support service agreement, we will bring all computers and network devices up to a current, supportable and reliable state.  We will set up twenty four – seven automated monitoring and we will respond to your every call through our help desk and your designated engineer.  Users can call us for the simplest or most difficult problems and we will respond to them directly, or you can appoint a member of your staff to be our contact person.  Either way, we only charge you a flat fixed rate on a monthly basis.  There are very few exceptions to the all inclusive pricing plan. Here’s a summary of support services offered:

• All desktop/laptop computers brought to optimal operating status,
• Servers brought to optimal operating status,
• Automated server back up,
• Network switching that is fast and reliable,
• A secure connection to the public, un-policed Internet,
• Quarterly maintenance on site,
• Remote IT monitoring of key components, 24 hours a day – 7 days a week,
• Automatic response to system generated alerts,
• Remote IT service as needed and as appropriate,
• IT Maintenance requiring downtime performed after business hours.

Costs vary by each customer depending on the total of IT system elements – computers, servers, switches, routers, etc.  Also, it may be necessary to perform maintenance on each prior to accepting them on the Uptime Annual Service Agreement Contract.
